As part of the service delivery for machine moves, Speedrite carefully mark-up and dismantle both electrically and mechanically. Prior to the work starting we shall, in conjunction with the clients own engineers or machine operators, carry out a hand-over procedure. Pipework is capped to prevent contamination and bright machine parts sprayed with light protective oil. Guarding is carefully marked up and dismantled together with platforms, walkways and support steelworks. Integral wiring is carefully traced, marked, disconnected, coiled back and protected. All equipment is carefully packed, secured and protected for the move.
Upon installation, the Speedrite team who dismantled the equipment are responsible for installing and assembling. They will align the machine or process and reverse the handover procedure.
